Patients can assess the qualifications of healthcare providers based on other patients' reviews and select the most suitable time and date for their appointments.

Vrim Connect enables users to maintain continuous medical oversight through features such as a personalized health timeline, tracking medical history and upcoming appointments. The system allows instant sharing of consultation histories with physicians to enhance continuity of care.

Notification alerts serve as reminders for upcoming appointments, helping patients stay organized. Following consultations, physicians can issue digital prescriptions, which patients can opt to have delivered directly to their home or pick up at any pharmacy across Mexico, providing greater convenience and flexibility.

The platform also offers access to a wide array of health and wellness content on topics including general health, pregnancy, nutrition, chronic diseases, wellness strategies, educational courses, and healthy habits, keeping users informed and engaged.
